Time Frame: You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask you to ensure that items are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact to facilitate the return process.

Exceptions: Due to the unique nature of our bespoke flower arrangements and other perishable items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on these specific products once they have been delivered to you.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team via email or telephone to obtain a returns authorization. You will need to provide your order number along with details of the item you wish to return, allowing us to assist you efficiently.

Refunds: Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item, we will promptly process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that you utilized at the time of purchase, ensuring a seamless transaction.

Shipping Costs: Please note that any shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which we appreciate your understanding in.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as your satisfaction is paramount to us.
