The classic Panettone is the typical Panettone of tradition.OLIVIERI 1882 Pantone, has a double leavening of more than 48 hours , it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with Sultanina Raisins and inside you can find the black specks of Bourbon vanilla. The structure is extremely soft , the taste is elegant yet bold. It is a very rich Panettone but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high-quality ingredients. It does not contain preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats. It is 100% Artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with passion, as tradition dictates since 1882.

Classic panettone - Natural leavened baked confectionery product - Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, egg yolk from fresh pasteurized eggs, raisins (13%) (raisins, cottonseed oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), sugar, sourdough (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, sesame, and mustard.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to sunlight. Avoid temperature fluctuations.
