The Panettone with Apricots is a panettone with a double leavening of more than 48 hours, it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with soft, juicy apricots (pitted and still fresh) and salted caramel. The structure is extremely soft, the taste perfectly meets the needs of the sweet-toothed. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, or vegetable fats. It is 100% Artisanal and therefore entirely handmade, with passion, since 1882.

INGREDIENTS

Naturally leavened baked product with apricot and salted caramel, without candied citrus peel and raisins - Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, candied apricot (14%) (apricot (52.3% equal to 7.3% of the finished product), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice, natural flavour), sugar, natural sourdough yeast (wheat flour, water), salted caramel (7%) (sugar, glucose syrup, cream, semi-salted butter (4.1% equal to 0.29% of the finished product), skimmed milk powder, salt), water, milk, salt, cream, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, sesame and mustard.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to sunlight. Avoid temperature fluctuations.
