DESCRIPTION
The Marchesi 1824 artisanal Classic Panettone is the result of two centuries of research and passion. The great leavened cake is proposed to the palate with a delicate and fresh taste given by the fine ingredients such as six-crown sultanas, naturally candied fruit, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Italian honey and eggs from free-range hens, blended in a slow-rising dough with the exclusive use of Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter. Compared to more common yeasts, production with mother yeast requires more time and care to allow the development of the microorganisms that give multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavour. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 90 days

Classic panettone - Natural leavened baked confectionery product - Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, egg yolk from fresh pasteurized eggs, raisins (13%) (raisins, cottonseed oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), sugar, sourdough (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, sesame, and mustard.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to sunlight. Avoid temperature fluctuations.
